5/1 Prompt: Monster Stack
(see art samples and ideas below)
Supplies needed: white copy paper, pencil, black sharpie or marker, eraser, media of your choice (colored pencils, markers, crayons or paint!)
1. Start by sketching out 3-4 circles on top of each other with pencil. These will be the bodies of your monsters.
2. Once your circles are drawn, turn each one into a monster! Add their features; eyes, nose, mouth, teeth, arms, feet, tail, etc.
3. Add your details. Spots, stripes, fur, etc.
4. Outline your work in sharpie or black marker, then erase all pencil lines.
5. Color in your monsters to bring them to life!
