Tiny Houses

(see art samples and ideas below)

Supplies needed: 1/2 sheet of paper or cardstock, pencil, dark crayon or marker and colored markers or crayons.

1. Using a pencil, lightly draw a series of three simple shapes: a square, triangle, diamond, half- circle, etc.

2. Use your imagination to turn the shapes into houses – add doors, windows, shutters, chimneys, and more.

3. Trace over your pencil lines with a dark marker or crayon.

4. Color your tiny houses with crayons or markers. Imagine what it would be like to live in your tiny house!

P.S. Remember to sign your name at the bottom right corner of your artwork!

Have Fun! :)

We would love to see photos of you and your family creating your Tiny Houses!
